Finding Flat Love

So, for those that are less familiar with real Jessie, she played soccer in high school and loves to watch soccer on TV. Since Bachelorette doesn't air in Spain (tragic, I know), and real Jessie would have loved to see where Real Madrid plays, I decided to make a date card of my own:

Flat Jessie goes to the Flea Market

Today, Flat Jessie and I rode the Madrid Metro for the first time - very similar to (and even nicer than) Marta  for all you ATL followers. I also introduced Flat Jessie to some of the kids in my program so she made her first friends. Check them out:

Around the corner was Plaza Mayor, a huge plaza central to Spain where Flat Jessie had a run in with some Flamenco Dress Mannequins....

Afterwards, she told me she wanted to try some Flamenco dancing on our trip so stay tuned for more Flat fun there...

First Flat Flight

Well, it's safe to say that Flat Jessie is officially a world traveller. We had quite an expedition, did a little exploring, and now she is excited for almuerzo (lunch) and una siesta. Here in Spain, they take naps EVERYDAY..... so enjoy your work day, it's siesta time :)
